Currently, labor and employment issues are a costly challenge for in-house counsel. To gain insights into time and resources spent on employment matters, we used TechValidate* for a February 2024 survey of Lexis+® users, evaluating the legal, reputational and financial ramifications of falling behind on these issues. The survey was conducted among 100 executives at 84 U.S. organizations—ranging from nonprofits and small businesses to Fortune 500 and large enterprises.
